Amex Blue Cash for college student

Hello,

Im currently a college student with a bank of america student card. Ive never been late on a payment or gone over on my limit. The problem is that ive only had it since February 2011 (not long at all).

I want the amex rewards cards because most of my spending is on gas and gracories. Im also going to buy a new laptop soon and want to put it on my BOA card, while using the Amex for everyday use.

I dont want to get turned down because ive been told that it hurts your credit.

What should I do?

Amex does not have a Blue Cash card specifically for college student. You could simply try and see how it turns out.
