thankyou network and expedia

Now that expedia and thankyou network have teamed up together, does it make sense to deal directly with expedia? or should we still call thankyou? When you use expedia, the number of points required are shown. Just wondering if calling either one will save you more points?

you should call thankyou network to get the best deal. No guarantees - but very often, you may get a flight which requires less points.
