No Limit Prepaid Credit Card

Hi everyone
I was wondering if there's a prepaid credit card that has no limit and how long it would probably take to withdraw large sums in other countries.
E.g. I live in the US and I want to buy a 500k$ car in Europe out of an impulse. Is there a prepaid credit card I could use? I'm looking for at least a 100k$ limit.

According to me you should use you debit card instead of using credit card.

I heard a lot about payoneer. they told that they issue card from choice bank. how much they are valid? any idea?

As far as I know nearly all governments make prepaid credit card companies limit their customers. They do this to stop people holding too much money somewhere that the government can't keep a record of.
