    This sort of seems to me like when you buy a car and they will pay off your trade - yeah, right!

    Yes!!!! i.e, u owe 3,000 on macys. they have 22% interest rate, basically this card cost 25.00 a month (300/yr). OR Do a balance transfer to a 0apr for a year with a one time fee of 75.00. Unless u can pay the debt right off, do a balance transfer.
