Once that business is on file somewhere it will come back to haunt you with the IRS, I bet. When people used paperwork and things didn't move electronically it was easy to set up a business as a credit hedge. but now, with electronic record keeping, I bet there will be some interesting tax notices going out to "companies" that aren't really doing any business.Originally Posted by aquariancore
Years ago you needed to have a business account with a bank to get a business card.
When the data is analyzed, I just bet it becomes more difficut to qualify as a business...even as a sole proprietor.
