    Default Secondary cash back card?

I used to have the Citi Dividend, but now that 5% EDP rebate is gone, I have the Blue Cash. But I need to spend above $6,500 every year before I can earn 5% on EDP and 1.5% on the rest.

Question is which is the best secondary card to go with this. Have looked at Chase Freedom (3% EDP). But what suggestions do any of you have on this matter?

you may want to consider the discover platinum card. I have this card and as I mentioned in a couple of other posts, from jan 07 to march 07, you will earn 5% cash rebates for travel expenses - airline, hotels, cruises, car rentals, amtrak trains even greyhound bus rides...looks like a good compliment to your main card.

Discover is my secondary card and I will be making 2 trips this quarter. So this offer is great.

amex costco pays 3% rebates on restaurant dining and 2% on travel items. Use it for my main card but guess this may be a good secondary card for those who use the blue cash.
