Advanta Balance Transfer Offer

Under Terms and Conditions Advanta states, "ABC cannot transfer balances from non-business accounts...". Is this just standard language or will they automatically deny balance transfer requests from non-business credit card accounts?

Anybody having knowledge or insight in relation to this, I would appreciate your feedback.

@gaacs With advanta closing, nobody has any clue on what happens to balance transfers. Will they deny this or allow everyone for balance transfers?
